Group Replication requires slave-preserve-commit-order to
be set to ON when using more than 1 applier threads.
Reason for the Error
ER_GRP_RPL_SLAVE_PRESERVE_COMMIT_ORDER_NOT_SET
was added in 8.0.11, removed after 8.0.25.
