MySQL Error MY-011652 – ER_GRP_RPL_FAILED_TO_ENABLE_READ_ONLY_MODE_ON_SHUTDOWN

MySQL Error Message

On plugin shutdown it was not possible to enable the
server read only mode. Local transactions will be accepted and
committed.

Reason for the Error

ER_GRP_RPL_FAILED_TO_ENABLE_READ_ONLY_MODE_ON_SHUTDOWN
was added in 8.0.11.
