    MySQL Error Message

    While leaving the group due to a stop, shutdown or
    failure there was a timeout receiving a view change. This can lead
    to a possible inconsistent state. Check the log for more details

    Reason for the Error

    ER_GRP_RPL_TIMEOUT_RECEIVING_VIEW_CHANGE_ON_SHUTDOWN
    was added in 8.0.11.
