    For keyring_okv to be initialized, please point
    keyring_okv_conf_dir variable to a directory with Oracle Key Vault
    configuration file and ssl materials

    Reason for the Error

    ER_KEYRING_OKV_INCORRECT_KEY_VAULT_CONFIGURED
    was added in 8.0.11.
