MySQL Error Message
NDB Binlog: cluster has reconnected. Changes to the
database that occurred while disconnected will not be in the
binlog
Reason for the Error
ER_NDB_BINLOG_CLUSTER_HAS_RECONNECTED
was added in 8.0.2, removed after 8.0.13.
