MySQL Error Message

CHANGE REPLICATION SOURCE TO with a SOURCE_LOG_FILE
clause but no SOURCE_LOG_POS clause may not be safe. The old
position value may not be valid for the new binary log file.

Reason for the Error

ER_WARN_ONLY_SOURCE_LOG_FILE_NO_POS
was added in 8.0.33.
