MySQL Error Message
SSL parameters in CHANGE MASTER are ignored because this
MySQL slave was compiled without SSL support; they can be used
later if MySQL slave with SSL is started
Reason for the Error
ER_SLAVE_IGNORED_SSL_PARAMS was
removed after 8.0.32.
