We are seeking a Workplace Experience Partner for our EMEA offices, specifically in London and Berlin. This role is essential for maintaining a vibrant office culture and ensuring that our Campers feel welcomed and connected. The position requires a hands-on approach, blending operational efficiency with creative energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the London and Berlin offices, ensuring a compliant, safe, and appealing workplace.
• Manage office maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships while staying updated on local health, safety, and compliance regulations.
• Design and implement a regular schedule of impactful in-person and remote-friendly events to foster connection and belonging among Campers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for local leaders and Campers, advocating for office plans and initiatives.
• Serve as the first point of contact for Camper inquiries and manage request tickets within established service level agreements.
• Manage the regional budget, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and expenses.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in facilities and vendor management, particularly in fast-paced, in-person environments.
• Proven skills in event planning and execution, with a history of organizing engaging workplace events.
• Strong communication skills, capable of building trust with local leaders, Campers, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt and solve problems effectively while managing competing priorities.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently within a global team.
