In this role as a Senior Consultant focusing on Claude Strategy, Change & Adoption, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through the adoption of Anthropic’s Claude technology in their workplaces. Your responsibilities will encompass developing a strategic vision for Claude’s integration, designing user-centric change initiatives, and measuring the value of these AI implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for the adoption of Anthropic’s Claude in the workplace, focusing on its various applications such as Claude Chat, Cowork, and Claude Code.
• Design and execute user-focused change and adoption campaigns to address skepticism towards AI, enhance user capabilities, and integrate new working methods.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the value and benefits of AI initiatives from pilot stages to full enterprise implementation.
• Lead complex projects related to Claude strategy and adoption, ensuring delivery excellence and managing risks as technology evolves.
• Advise clients on AI workforce transformation strategies, including adoption across different workforce groups and business functions.
• Facilitate workshops to explore current and future working methods, enhancing productivity and employee experience through AI.
• Drive organizational change initiatives that support successful Claude deployment through effective communication, training, and leadership alignment.
• Create and deliver training sessions on Claude’s functionalities, ensuring users are well-equipped to utilize the technology effectively.
• Establish community support networks and resources to maintain ongoing adoption and engagement with Claude as its features develop.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to communicate the vision for AI and demonstrate its value to align business and technology leaders.

Requirements

• A professional degree at the Bachelor’s level or higher.
• Hands-on experience with Generative and Agentic AI solutions, particularly Claude.
• At least 4 years of consulting experience, preferably within a consulting firm.
• Proven ability to design and implement change management and adoption strategies that yield measurable results.
• Strong project management skills, with familiarity in agile methodologies and the ability to manage timelines and resources effectively.
• Experience in facilitating training and workshops for diverse audiences, from entry-level employees to executives.
• Technical knowledge of Claude, including its applications and deployment in enterprise settings.
• Understanding of AI risks and ethical considerations, with the ability to address these within adoption programs.
• Relevant technology certifications, such as those from Anthropic or Microsoft, are advantageous.
