In the role of Claude Strategy, Change & Adoption Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will be instrumental in guiding clients on the strategic implementation of Anthropic’s Claude technology in their workplaces. This position combines technology strategy with change management practices to foster an AI-enabled workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for the adoption of Anthropic’s Claude technology within client organizations, focusing on its various applications such as Claude Chat, Cowork, and Claude Code.
• Design and execute user-centric change management and adoption campaigns to address skepticism around AI, enhance user capabilities, and integrate new working methods.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure value and track benefits from pilot projects to full-scale enterprise implementations.
• Lead complex projects related to Claude strategy and adoption, ensuring delivery excellence and managing risks as technology evolves.
• Contribute to the growth of the practice by developing the Claude service portfolio, fostering client relationships, and mentoring team members to achieve high performance.
• Advise senior stakeholders on AI workforce transformation strategies and the business change requirements necessary for successful Claude adoption.
• Facilitate workshops to assess current and future working practices, driving initiatives that leverage AI to improve productivity and employee experience.
• Manage organizational change projects that support Claude deployment through effective communication, training, and leadership alignment.
• Design and conduct training sessions on Claude technology for various audiences, ensuring comprehensive understanding and effective use.
• Establish community support structures and resources to sustain Claude adoption as its features evolve.

Qualifications

• A professional degree at the Bachelor’s level or higher.
• Hands-on experience with Generative and Agentic AI solutions, particularly Claude, and familiarity with its deployment in enterprise settings.
• At least 4 years of consulting experience, ideally within a consulting firm, with a focus on change management and technology adoption.
• Proven ability to design and deliver large-scale change and adoption initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong project management skills, including experience with agile methodologies and managing resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and convey complex AI concepts in practical terms.
• Experience in facilitating training and workshops for diverse audiences, both in-person and remotely.
• Understanding of the ethical implications of AI and the ability to address potential biases in AI applications.
