Role Overview

As a Web Content CMS Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of content integration within our global website and CMS. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining landing pages, ensuring effective page layouts, and optimizing user journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the integration of content on the global website and CMS daily.
• Create and maintain landing pages, making strategic decisions regarding page structure, component selection, content hierarchy, and user journeys.
• Collaborate with content, UX, SEO, and web development teams to identify content needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement SEO best practices and ensure website governance, including managing URLs, metadata, redirects, and accessibility.
• Utilize website analytics to identify opportunities for cross-linking relevant content.
• Maintain high standards of content organization and governance within the CMS.
• Communicate proactively about technical dependencies and issues that may impact project delivery.

Qualifications

Must Have

• Proven hands-on experience with enterprise CMS or digital experience platforms like Optimizely, Adobe Experience Manager, or Sitecore.
• Experience in building and maintaining complex web pages using modular or design-system-based structures.
• Strong understanding of modern website functionality, including the relationship between content and technical components.
• Ability to effectively communicate with web developers regarding requirements and technical constraints.
• High attention to detail and a structured approach to content management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests while identifying potential risks.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS.
• Experience in UX/UI or graphic design.
