As a UX Designer specializing in Human-Computer Interaction, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Human-AI interaction, ensuring that new technologies and experiences are fundamentally aligned with human needs. You will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team that includes experts in models, human factors, user research, and engineering, all working together to create transformative interactions that influence technology development and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze both new and existing UX patterns within the AIUX framework to ensure design excellence.
- Base your interactive designs on a thorough understanding of human factors, utilizing insights from field user research and existing AIUX resources.
- Create innovative user experiences by designing for flagship products and significant launches.
- Convert experimental patterns into applicable transitionable technology.
- Design focused experiments around key themes and emerging technical capabilities.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in product design or user experience.
- Proficiency in user-centered design, usability principles, human factors, and conducting field user research.
- Familiarity with machine learning capabilities and limitations, as well as designing workflows for human-AI collaboration.
- Ability to communicate user experiences through wireframes, storyboards, or interactive prototypes, and work collaboratively with engineering teams to implement designs into scalable UI components or design systems.
