As an Undergraduate Manufacturing Engineer at BAE Systems, you will play a crucial role in supporting the manufacturing of various products throughout their lifecycles. Core Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of departmental documentation, including planning documents and training materials.
• Provide daily support to manufacturing cells, focusing on continuous improvement of layouts and processes.
• Work closely with technical departments, such as technicians and machine shops, to resolve manufacturing challenges.
• Utilize structured problem-solving techniques to address manufacturing issues.
• Understand the importance of a quality-first mindset and apply quality tools such as auditing and non-conformance management.
• Develop skills in tooling design, support additive manufacturing (including 3D printing), and enhance CAD skills using AutoCAD and CREO.
• Manage and operate the 3D printing facility.
