During your time in the tax graduate program, you will develop technical expertise, work directly with clients, and translate complex tax regulations into practical advice. Collaboration is key in Team Tax, where you will receive guidance from experienced professionals who understand the balance between client work, study, and examinations. Our specialist areas include VAT/indirect tax, employer solutions, private client services, corporate tax, innovation reliefs, transfer pricing, capital allowances, and tax investigations, providing ample opportunity to discover your niche.

In this role, you will:

• Work directly with clients and colleagues on compliance and advisory projects.
• Build expertise in UK and international tax with the support of a globally connected team.
• Develop the confidence, judgment, and technical skills necessary to become a trusted business adviser.
• Leverage digital tools to enhance efficiency and provide more value to clients.

We are seeking graduates who are curious, motivated, and eager to engage. Prior knowledge of tax is not required, as we will provide comprehensive training, support, and hands-on experience from day one. To qualify for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Hold an obtained or predicted honours degree.
• Achieve a minimum of 112 UCAS points from 3 A levels (or an equivalent level 3 qualification).
• Alternatively, have 104 UCAS points from four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level).
• Be willing to travel to client sites and other offices as necessary.
• Note that General Studies, AS levels, or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) are not accepted.

Your start date will be on 14 September 2027, and this date is mandatory as the training provided from the outset is designed to ensure you have the best possible start to your career with us.
