Anaplan is seeking a highly motivated Solution Implementation Manager to join our team in London, United Kingdom. This role is pivotal in optimizing business decision-making through our innovative AI-infused scenario planning and analysis platform. In this position, you will lead complex implementations, particularly in Supply Chain, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Workforce Planning. You will be responsible for managing project delivery, ensuring adherence to budget and scope, and serving as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders.

Your Impact

• Drive Delivery Excellence: Oversee the complete deployment of Anaplan solutions, ensuring robust governance and precise scoping.
• Commercial Acumen Required: Understand project finance fundamentals, including budgeting and forecasting, to enhance project delivery.
• Be the Strategic Anchor: Act as the primary contact for delivery, aligning with stakeholders from operational leads to C-suite executives.
• Master Complex Programs: Navigate intricate programs, balancing scope, risk, budget, and resources effectively.
• Accelerate Decision-Making: Proactively address bottlenecks and facilitate critical project decisions.
• Build Consensus: Utilize negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and maintain project momentum.
• Champion Excellence: Advocate for the ‘Anaplan Way’ methodology to ensure user-friendly solutions.
• Deliver Transparency: Provide clear reporting on project status and portfolio health to stakeholders.

Your DNA (What You Bring)

• Demonstrable experience in managing large-scale enterprise programs or projects.
• Hands-on experience with Agile project delivery methodologies.
• Ability to recover and realign complex projects.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Domain knowledge in Supply Chain, FP&A, or Workforce Planning is a plus.
