Role Overview

As a Software Engineer Intern, you will play a crucial role in driving large-scale transformations through data, AI, and robust infrastructure. You will be involved in enhancing the shared infrastructure that underpins Palantir’s platforms, including Foundry, Gotham, and Apollo, which are utilized by significant institutions in both public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute high-quality code to the shared infrastructure supporting Palantir Foundry, Gotham, and Apollo.
• Enhance infrastructure for advanced civil and defense agencies through the Rubix and Mission Manager business line.
• Drive investments to improve engineering velocity and quality.
• Collaborate with teams within the Foundations and Production Infrastructure organizations to develop backend, frontend, and storage solutions.
• Build tools that assist other developers in creating better applications.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or a related field, with an expected graduation date in 2028.
• Experience with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, and front-end frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• This internship should be your final one before graduation.
