You could take on an internship in:

• Product Marketing – Play a key role in shaping how we launch new products and services. You’ll help define go-to-market strategies, craft compelling messaging, and work with teams across the business to bring propositions to life.
• Campaign Delivery – Support the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from planning and creative development to media activation and performance tracking. You’ll collaborate with agencies and internal teams to make sure our campaigns land with impact.
• Propositional Development – Help decide which new products and services we should launch, backed by smart strategy and customer insights.
• Media Planning – Work with top creative agencies to figure out how we spend our budget and make the biggest impact.

What we’re looking for:

You don’t need to be a marketing pro – just be in your penultimate year of university, studying any subject. We’re looking for:

• Confident communicators with a curious, analytical mindset
• Team players who can juggle tasks and meet deadlines
• Proactive and always looking to improve things
• A creative problem-solver who loves a challenge
• You’ll need the right to work in the UK by the time the programme starts – we’re not able to offer sponsorship.
• Impress us, and you could land a spot on our Business Graduate Programme – kicking off September 2027.

To be eligible for this role you are required to have the appropriate right to work in the UK for the programme. Please be aware Sky does not offer sponsorship for this programme.

You can only apply to one programme.

Step 2 – Show Us Your Skills

You’ll complete two online assessments that help us get to know you better — how you think, what motivates you, and how you might fit into the programme.

Don’t worry – you’ll get a chance to practice first, and we’ll send you tips to help you feel confident.

Step 3 – Virtual Assessment Centre

If you make it to the final stage, we’ll invite you to a virtual assessment day.

You’ll take part in tasks designed to show us how you think, solve problems, and work with others — all while getting a real feel for what it’s like to work in Business Strategy at Sky.
