What you’ll be doing 

Start by learning how finance powers the business — from big decisions to everyday spend. Then dive into a real project, team up with others, sharpen your problem-solving skills, and see how we work across Sky to make things happen. You’ll wrap it all up by presenting your ideas to senior leaders.

What we’re looking for 

You’re in your penultimate year of university, studying any subject, and ready to bring fresh thinking to the table. We’re looking for people who have a strong financial mindset, are confident working with numbers and data, great at solving problems, and know how to collaborate effectively across teams.

To be eligible for this role you are required to have the appropriate right to work in the UK for the programme. Please be aware Sky does not offer sponsorship for this programme.

Here’s what to expect, step by step:

Step 1 – Apply Online 

Tell us a bit about yourself — your details, your degree, and anything else you think we should know (like part-time jobs, volunteering, or cool projects you’ve worked on).

Once you hit submit, keep an eye on your inbox (and your junk folder!) — we’ll send you a link to start your digital assessments.

Note: You are only allowed to apply to one programme.

Step 2 – Show Us Your Skills 

You’ll complete two online assessments that help us get to know you better — how you think, what motivates you, and your numerical reasoning abilities.

Don’t worry — you’ll get a chance to practice first, and we’ll send you tips to help you feel confident.

Step 3 – In person Assessment Centre 

If you make it to the final stage, we’ll invite you to a in-person assessment day.

You’ll take part in tasks designed to show us how you think, solve problems, and work with others — all while getting a real feel for what it’s like to work in Finance at Sky.

We’ll let you know when to expect a decision after the day’s done.
