As a Senior Consultant in Service Management at Capgemini Invent, you will become part of our Cloud Advisory team, which is integral to our Business Technology unit. This role involves leading organizations through their cloud adoption journey, enhancing service management capabilities, and driving innovation.
Your Role
- Lead the design and delivery of service management processes aligned with ITIL v4, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
- Guide clients in evolving their service frameworks, focusing on governance, skills, culture, tooling, and organizational structure.
- Define actionable roadmaps for transitioning from on-premise to hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Champion an AI-first mindset by embedding automation into service management designs.
- Contribute to practice development and support business growth through leading proposals and client engagements.
Your Profile
- Practical experience in designing and implementing Service Management frameworks aligned with ITIL V4.
- Strong client-facing skills with expertise in business case generation and commercial processes.
- Proven ability to lead advisory engagements and build trusted relationships.
- Experience with cloud centres of excellence and understanding of hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Lean, and Agile methodologies is preferred.
