As a Service Analyst at TPP, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding support to healthcare professionals globally. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support to users of TPP products, ensuring healthcare professionals can provide the best care possible.
- Work closely with NHS and government leaders to identify areas for improvement in patient care.
- Oversee the launch of innovative products and tackle complex customer issues effectively.
- Engage in key meetings with senior NHS leaders and participate in a variety of projects.
- Develop reports to collect crucial data for NHS England management and payment initiatives.
- Create performance monitoring reports to verify compliance with Service Level Agreements.
- Assist in conducting internal and external ISO audits to ensure adherence to ISO standards and company policies.
Requirements
- A predicted degree classification of 2:2 or above.
- A levels or equivalent qualifications.
