Join our dedicated team at Priory Hospital Bristol as a Senior Staff Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) in the Male PICU unit. In this permanent, full-time position, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional nursing care to patients in a specialized mental health environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Male PICU unit.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor and assess patients’ mental and physical health, documenting changes and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Support and educate patients and their families regarding mental health conditions and treatment options.
• Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification.
• Significant experience working in a mental health setting, preferably within a PICU environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage challenging situations with professionalism.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to nursing standards.
