As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary development programs and ensuring successful project delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing complex hardware and software development projects from feasibility through to production.
• Coordinating teams across RF, embedded software, firmware, PCB, and mechanical design disciplines.
• Overseeing project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Working closely with operations and manufacturing to support new product introductions and production transfers.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and external partners.
• Providing clear project reporting and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

• Experience managing complex engineering projects within hardware-focused environments.
• A strong understanding of multidisciplinary product development involving RF systems, PCB design, embedded software, and firmware.
• Experience managing projects through the complete product development lifecycle, including manufacturing readiness.
• Knowledge of structured stage-gate development and Agile software delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in wireless communications, telecommunications, defense, or advanced electronics is highly advantageous.
