We are looking for a Senior PMO Consultant with extensive experience in the Capital Markets domain to assist in the delivery of business and technology change initiatives. This role involves working within complex program environments and providing essential PMO governance, reporting, planning, and coordination support.
The successful candidate will be expected to support PMO governance activities across various Capital Markets projects and programs, ensuring adherence to established delivery frameworks and controls. You will coordinate project plans, milestones, dependencies, and actions, maintaining accurate tracking and reporting of delivery. Additionally, you will produce high-quality status reports, dashboards, and management information for program stakeholders, while also maintaining RAID logs to accurately record and track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies until resolution.
Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to support program governance, planning, and decision-making.
Skills and Experience Required
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in the Capital Markets sector with a solid understanding of Capital Markets products, trade lifecycle processes, market infrastructure, and financial services operations.
- Proven experience in PMO project coordination or support within Capital Markets transformation, regulatory operations, or technology programs.
- A strong background in reporting and governance, including status reporting, milestone tracking, RAID management, and production of management information.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across both business and technology teams.
- Highly organized and analytical, with strong attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
