In this pivotal role within the Cloud Advisory capability unit, you will contribute to Capgemini’s leadership in cloud transformation across various industries. As a Senior Consultant specializing in Cloud Operating Model Transformation, your focus will be on assisting clients in designing and evolving cloud operating models that prioritize automation and are ready for AI integration.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the operational impacts of cloud transformation and assist in developing AI-ready business models.
• Conduct assessments of existing cloud operating models to identify improvement opportunities through standardization and automation.
• Design future-state operating models and service management frameworks that align with clients’ strategic goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of cloud transformations, using metrics to recommend enhancements.
• Utilize your skills in strategy development and service management to deliver impactful business outcomes.
• Collaborate across organizational levels to innovate and implement cloud transformations.
• Provide guidance on the practical application of AI technologies within cloud operating models.
• Support clients in understanding AI governance and transparency considerations.

Your Profile

• Experience in leveraging technology to transform businesses and redefine operational models.
• Familiarity with ITIL V4 and/or V5 best practices, with relevant certifications highly regarded.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and their integration into cloud operations.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience with major cloud platforms.
• Understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
• Background in consulting or experience in a major consulting firm.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and build support for consulting initiatives.
• Demonstrated interest in AI through continuous learning and personal projects.
