In the role of Senior Consultant – Cloud Operating Model Transformation at Capgemini Invent, you will engage in a high-impact position within the Cloud Advisory capability unit, contributing to cloud transformation leadership across various industries. Your primary focus will be on assisting clients in designing and evolving cloud operating models that prioritize automation and are ready for AI integration.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide advisory services to clients regarding the operational and organizational impacts of cloud transformation, helping to develop AI-ready business models.
• Conduct assessments and audits of existing cloud operating models to identify areas for improvement, translating findings into future-state designs.
• Design target cloud operating models and service management frameworks that align with clients’ strategic ambitions and cloud maturity.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of cloud operating model transformations, using operational metrics to recommend improvements.
• Utilize your skills in strategy development, service management, and agile delivery to achieve business outcomes through cloud transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate across all organizational levels to innovate and implement cloud transformations, contributing to the consulting practice’s growth.
• Advise clients on the practical application of large language models and agentic AI within cloud operating models.
• Support clients in understanding AI governance considerations, including data quality and transparency.

Your Profile

• Experience in transforming businesses through technology and redefining operational processes.
• Familiarity with ITIL V4 and/or V5 best practices, including Incident, Change Management, and Service Desk operations.
• ITIL V4 and/or V5 Foundation or higher-level certification is highly valued.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tooling and platforms, understanding their integration into cloud operating models.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles, including CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience managing solutions on major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Background in consulting or experience in a major consulting firm.
• Proven ability to work successfully in a matrixed organization and build support for consulting solutions.
• Demonstrated curiosity and continuous learning in the AI domain through certifications or contributions to AI communities.
