Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a small team of Account Executives and outbound prospectors focused on SMB clients.
- Drive sales strategies and initiatives to achieve revenue targets within the SMB sector.
- Coach and develop team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Operations to optimize sales processes.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers in large organizations to facilitate SaaS investment decisions.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, specifically within Mobile or Marketing Technology.
- At least 2 years of experience managing a regional team of SMB sales executives, with a preference for those who have managed outbound prospecting teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Proficiency in leveraging social media and other platforms to build connections.
- Familiarity with current digital and application trends, particularly in the mobile sector.
- Demonstrated success in navigating large organizations and understanding their decision-making processes.
- Experience in a startup technology environment is advantageous.
