As a member of the Google Cloud team, you will play a crucial role in inspiring various organizations, including leading companies, educational institutions, and government agencies, to enhance their operations using Google tools such as Google Workspace, Search, and Chrome. Your mission is to advocate for the innovative capabilities of our products, helping organizations become more productive, collaborative, and mobile. You will focus on delivering optimal solutions that align with customer needs, facilitating their transition to a more advanced working environment.
Your primary objective will be to drive the Agentic Workplace Transformation (AWT) across the United Kingdom and Ireland (UK&I). This involves empowering large and complex organizations to move from outdated systems to secure, innovative ecosystems powered by Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise. By promoting AI adoption and enhancing digital maturity, you will assist enterprises in unlocking higher productivity and establishing a robust foundation for ongoing innovation.
As part of a high-performing sales team, your focus will be on capturing new opportunities and replacing legacy systems within the enterprise landscape of the UK&I. Your growth strategy will revolve around providing tailored value propositions that resonate with business outcomes. As a passionate advocate for Google products, you will lead the charge towards the future of work with a secure, AI-first approach, actively shaping the next phase of workplace collaboration and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Manage intricate sales processes for Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise within the Manufacturing and Industry (M&I) sector in the UK and Ireland, consistently achieving or surpassing quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Drive demand generation and pipeline development by participating in marketing initiatives and events, as well as creating and implementing individual sales programs.
- Lead the regional Agentic Workplace Transformation (AWT) initiative, showcasing how Gemini can securely automate business processes, utilize enterprise data, and deliver significant organizational benefits.
- Work collaboratively with regional partners such as SADA, Devoteam, and Qodea, along with key Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), to pinpoint new account opportunities and expedite customer migrations.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with Chief Information Officers (CIOs), Chief Technology Officers (CTOs), and Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) to navigate complex procurement processes and thorough security assessments.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
- At least 10 years of experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) or cloud computing sales is necessary.
- Proven experience in designing and leading cloud or Workspace transformation or migration projects.
