Physical Therapist Hands of Hope Physical Therapy & Wellness

Location: Staten Island, New York, United States (On-site)

Salary: $85,000–$105,000 per year

At Hands of Hope Physical Therapy & Wellness, we’re committed to helping patients move better, recover stronger, and improve their quality of life. We’re looking for a dedicated, licensed Physical Therapist to join our Staten Island team and deliver personalized, high-quality care in an outpatient setting.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and evidence-based rehabilitation interventions.
  • Track patient progress and adjust treatment approaches to support optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients on recovery strategies, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in the EMR system.
  • Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active New York State Physical Therapist license.
  • Strong clinical, communication and patient-care skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient rehabilitation environment.
