As a Pharma R&D Data Advisory Lead, you will play a crucial role in transforming pharmaceutical Research & Development through the strategic use of data, AI, and automation. You will work closely with Life Sciences clients, helping them navigate complex challenges and develop actionable strategies that lead to measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Life Sciences clients, guiding them in defining and executing strategies that leverage data, AI, and automation to enhance pharmaceutical Research & Development.
• Assess existing capabilities and identify areas for improvement, creating business-focused strategies and roadmaps that foster scientific innovation and enhance decision-making across various R&D functions.
• Collaborate with leaders in Discovery Sciences, Research Informatics, and Clinical Development to ensure technology investments align with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Establish robust R&D data foundations through effective governance, master data management, and interoperability, while leading the use of semantic technologies and knowledge graphs.
• Identify high-value opportunities for AI and advanced analytics within the pharmaceutical R&D lifecycle, providing guidance on AI readiness and responsible adoption.
• Offer strategic direction on R&D data architecture and technology, assisting clients in designing scalable solutions that improve interoperability and reduce complexity.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor on R&D data and digital transformation initiatives.
• Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and presenting solutions to clients.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical R&D, covering areas such as Discovery, Translational Sciences, and Clinical Development.
• Background in leading advisory or consulting initiatives related to data, digital transformation, or AI within the Life Sciences sector.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical R&D data governance, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Experience with data analytics, AI, semantic technologies, and modern information architectures to address scientific and clinical challenges.
• Familiarity with Life Sciences technology ecosystems, including informatics and regulatory platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud, data, and AI platforms, along with contemporary data architectures and master data management.
• Demonstrated ability to advise senior stakeholders and translate complex business challenges into actionable strategies.
• Experience in developing business cases, strategic roadmaps, and transformation programs that yield measurable business value.
