Contentsquare is seeking a People Operations & Solutions Lead to enhance our global People function. This role is pivotal in shaping how our People operations scale, focusing on governance, Workday strategy, and the integration of automation and AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Global People Governance: Drive alignment across global People processes, collaborating with senior leadership and Business Process Owners. Act as a key escalation point for complex Workday and People Data issues.
- Workday, Automation & Transformation: Serve as a strategic Business Process Owner, partnering with the Workday Product Owner to translate People needs into technical requirements and influence the Workday roadmap.
- People Data & Analytics: Ensure the integrity and governance of People data, developing dashboards and reporting solutions to support decision-making.
- Cross-functional Delivery: Lead major People cycles such as performance and compensation reviews, ensuring effective coordination across multiple functions.
Qualifications
- Experience in People Operations, HRIS, Workday, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of global People processes and data governance.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and engage with stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
- Interest in automation, AI, and the future of People Technology.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
