We are seeking a Partnership Development Manager to join the UK Semiconductor Centre (UKSC) and contribute to the growth of the UK semiconductor industry. This remote position offers a salary between £65,000 and £85,000, along with a bonus and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships that facilitate commercialisation and scaling within the semiconductor sector.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with stakeholders across government, startups, scale-ups, industry, and academia.
• Identify and create partnership opportunities that enhance customer access, manufacturing capabilities, supply chains, investment, and international market reach.
• Lead negotiations for NDAs, MoUs, and collaboration agreements with a strong sense of commercial awareness.
• Represent the UK Semiconductor Centre at high-level engagements, industry events, and trade missions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience within the semiconductor ecosystem, with a clear understanding of its key players, challenges, and opportunities.
• A proactive approach with a proven track record of generating opportunities and converting them into sustainable partnerships.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively, even without formal authority.
• Experience in negotiating partnership agreements and achieving commercial results.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, startup-like environment.
