ML Quality Intern

As Machine Learning Quality Intern at Arm, you will be part of a team building intelligent systems that help predict quality risks.
You will work alongside experienced developers and engineers, supporting projects that combine data workflows, automation, and machine learning.
This role will give you hands-on experience in training and experimenting with ML models, preparing datasets, and helping to integrate predictive capabilities into real-world applications.
What you could be doing as a Machine Learning Quality Intern?
- Training and fine-tuning machine learning models to improve predictive accuracy.
- Preparing and cleaning datasets to make sure they are ready for analysis and model training.
- Evaluating and testing models to compare results and identify improvements.
- Collaborating with software developers and data engineers to integrate ML models into wider systems.
- Experimenting with new tools and approaches, while learning how ML is applied at scale in industry.
We are looking for individuals who:
Are currently enrolled and studying towards a Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Software Engineering or related degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD students welcome). Candidates from other disciplines will also be considered if they have relevant skills or experience.
Qualities that will help your application stand out:
- Experience in at least one programming language (ideally Python).
- Enthusiasm for machine learning and data-driven technologies.
- Curiosity beyond the classroom — e.g., personal ML projects, Kaggle, hackathons, or research.
- Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new tools and techniques.

This is a 12-month internship starting summer 2026. Please note, Arm Internships require you to be enrolled in a higher education degree and be returning to your course after your internship/placement.
If you are graduating in 2026 you will not be eligible for an Intern role but you will be eligible for our graduate roles. Our graduate roles will be advertised on the Arm Early Careers website.
