Job Overview

As a Quantitative Analysis Associate, you will be integral to our Markets team, which provides sophisticated solutions to a diverse clientele, including corporates, institutions, and governments across 160 countries. You will be involved in trading, structuring, and advising on investments in various asset classes such as equities, commodities, credit, futures, and foreign exchange (FX).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage mathematical models that are essential for the success of the Markets business.
• Engage in pricing, trading, and risk management of a diverse array of market products.
• Collaborate with traders and sales teams to provide technical support and address client needs.
• Innovate by creating new products that fit within the firm’s risk framework.
• Market new products to sales teams and assist in presenting solutions to clients.
• Respond to specific client requests for tailored product solutions, utilizing your expertise.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Double Masters or PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or related scientific fields.
• Possess a solid understanding of finance and a keen interest in Markets.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as VBA and Python is highly desirable.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional organizational abilities.
• Show intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to seeking innovative ideas.
• Be a self-starter who can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.
