In this role, you will lead a highly technical team responsible for Figma’s Roundtripping area, which includes Code Context, Design to Code, Code to Design, and Code Platform. You will manage and develop a team of Product Managers while closely collaborating with engineering, design, data, and research leaders. Your focus will be on enhancing the integration of design and code, setting strategic goals, and ensuring the seamless flow of workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the product management aspects of four teams focused on Figma’s Roundtripping area, which includes Code Context, Design to Code, Code to Design, and Code Platform.
  • Define the vision, strategy, and objectives for ensuring synchronization between design and code within Figma.
  • Manage the end-to-end workflows for Design to Code and Code to Design, focusing on quality assessment, enhancement, and discoverability.
  • Guide the development of systems and translation tools that facilitate agentic workflows and the seamless transition between design and code.
  • Lead and mentor a team of three Product Managers, recruit for an open Product Manager position, and uphold high standards in product management practices.
  • Collaborate with leaders in engineering, design, data, and research to make informed technical product decisions that meet the needs of Figma’s product ecosystem.
  • Establish a consistent operational rhythm for the teams and take ownership of adoption targets for MCP and the Design to Code/Code to Design workflows.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in managing Product Managers, demonstrating a successful history of hiring, training, and developing talent.
  • Extensive experience in launching developer tools and AI products, including managing evaluations, overseeing annotation pipelines, and making critical shipping decisions.
  • Proven ability to set strategic direction and execute significant initiatives in complex environments characterized by technical and product uncertainty, while uniting the organization around ambitious, innovative goals.
  • Experience engaging with enterprise clients to comprehend their workflows and translating that understanding into tangible product solutions.
  • Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and written communication, with the ability to engage credibly in technical discussions and with senior stakeholders.
