At Capgemini Invent, we believe that diversity drives change. As inventive transformation consultants, we combine our strategic, creative, and scientific capabilities to collaborate closely with clients and deliver innovative solutions. We invite you to join us in addressing the challenges of today and tomorrow, informed by science and data, and powered by creativity and technology.
As a Sustainability Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in understanding and responding to the impacts of climate change on their operations, technology, and supply chains. You will lead client engagements, implementing sustainability strategies and frameworks while identifying opportunities to create value. Your role will also involve assessing clients’ exposure to climate-related risks, enhancing their operational resilience, and embedding climate resilience into transformation programs.
In addition to client work, you will be a leader in our sustainability community, bringing innovative ideas to the team and championing the value of sustainability across Capgemini. You will also provide training to teams and leaders on the benefits of climate resilience and adaptation.
Your contributions will extend to business development, where you will lead or support proposals, RFPs, and client pitches. Internally, you will engage in campaign development, think-tanks, and practice development initiatives. Continuous learning and development will be a key part of your role, with opportunities for training and certifications to support your career growth.
To be successful in this position, you should have an educational background in Climate Science or a related discipline, along with experience in sustainability consulting, climate risk, and operational resilience. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage complex projects and understand the financial aspects of client delivery. A passion for sustainability and knowledge of climate-related reporting frameworks will be advantageous.
