Job Purpose

The internship aims to assist senior team members in daily business activities, allowing you to engage in various tasks and projects that will enhance your understanding of the business and help the team improve its product platform and generate profit.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in technical and business skills training.
• Support senior team members with day-to-day activities.
• Become familiar with the algo platform and work on projects to advance it.
• Understand the FX fixing business and contribute to projects that impact the ACE team’s profit and loss.

Requirements

• A degree in a quantitative discipline from a leading university or equivalent work experience.
• Good understanding of financial markets.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Team player with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong programming skills in R or Python; knowledge of Java is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization.

Working Pattern

This position is onsite in London.
