This role as a Lead Solutions Consultant is a unique opportunity to leverage your storytelling abilities and technical expertise within our customer-facing Solutions Consulting team. You will enhance your skills in areas such as B2C engagement marketing, mobile marketing automation, and analytics while collaborating with a dynamic team. The position may require travel to client sites, with travel expectations reaching up to 40% during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients, utilizing your storytelling and technical skills to support the Solutions Consulting team.
- Act as a Pre-Sales Engineer or Solution Architect, showcasing expertise in B2C engagement marketing and mobile marketing automation.
- Collaborate with team members across various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Travel to client locations as necessary, with travel expected to be up to 40% during peak times.
Who You Are
- You possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to follow up and ensure understanding of client needs.
- You have experience in a Pre-sales Consulting or Sales Engineering role, particularly in selling to sophisticated accounts.
- You are knowledgeable in at least three of the following areas: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or Programming (such as HTML).
- You are a team player who helps others while also seeking personal growth and development.
