As an Intern Consultant, you will join a project team for a duration of six months, working on assignments for leading European companies. Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating as a team member on diverse projects.
• Developing strategies related to market, production, or sourcing.
• Assisting in the redesign of organizational structures.
• Conducting interviews with stakeholders to gather relevant information.
• Preparing for meetings and analyzing collected data to extract key insights.
• Making informed decisions based on factual analysis.

To qualify for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Be in their fifth year of study or have recently graduated, with approximately one year of relevant experience or one to two internships.
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in Ukrainian and English.
• Demonstrate strong analytical abilities.
• Exhibit qualities such as proactivity, hard work, approachability, and a sense of humor.
