Implementation Specialist Overview

As an Implementation Specialist at TPP, you will play a crucial role in guiding new clients through the implementation of our SystmOne software. This position involves managing and overseeing projects from start to finish, both within the UK and internationally. Your responsibilities will include planning implementations for various healthcare organizations, ensuring a smooth transition and successful data migration for projects that often involve tens of thousands of patients.

Your role will require collaboration with different teams across the company to address customer issues and resolve complex challenges. You will be involved in every phase of the implementation process, from the initial contract arrangements to directing the project and ensuring that customers are satisfied with both the product and the service provided.

No prior experience in IT, healthcare, or project management is necessary for this position. If you possess strong communication skills and a desire to learn, you will be entrusted with responsibilities shortly after joining the team. Additionally, you will have opportunities to engage with various departments, including finance, HR, and recruitment.

While a degree is desirable, it is not essential; A levels or equivalent qualifications are acceptable. The key to success in this role is your ability to communicate effectively and your eagerness to learn.
