Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. Duties

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage client interactions, and report on sales activities.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities for growth.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including forecasts and performance metrics.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company’s services and expand professional networks.

Experience

• Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a similar industry.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is essential for managing client relationships effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and develop actionable plans.
