Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a groundbreaking AI acceleration platform that addresses significant performance and efficiency challenges in modern AI.
- Define and implement the AI software strategy for a rapidly expanding engineering organization.
- Influence product direction, technology decisions, and long-term planning for the company’s AI initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with hardware, systems, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Mentor and guide high-performing engineering teams to foster innovation and excellence in AI solutions.
Requirements
- Extensive expertise in AI and machine learning, with a strong grasp of modern AI workloads, model deployment, inference, and optimization.
- Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, including mentoring and managing engineering teams.
- Proficient in software architecture, particularly in designing scalable AI platforms and production-grade systems.
- Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and C/C++, with experience in performance-critical environments.
- Knowledge of machine learning infrastructure, including familiarity with AI frameworks, compilers, runtimes, and related tools.
- Relevant industry experience in AI infrastructure, high-performance computing, semiconductors, systems software, or deep-tech environments.
- Proven ability to build and develop engineering organizations, including hiring and scaling teams.
