Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and chemical treatments with precision and artistry
• Deliver expert barbering services for clients seeking classic or modern styles
• Offer personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments
• Maintain a welcoming front desk presence by scheduling appointments, managing walk-ins, and assisting with client inquiries
• Upsell salon products and services to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques, offering guidance, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety protocols are strictly followed throughout all service areas

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of diverse looks and techniques
• Skilled in barbering with certification or licensing as required by local regulations
• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
• Demonstrated ability in store management or salon operations is a plus
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for creating positive client experiences
