- Facilitate seamless transitions between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to eliminate manual handoffs.
- Collaborate with the TechOps Lead to advance Thirdfortâs AI initiatives and integrate lessons learned from go-to-market strategies back into the TechOps function.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Go-To-Market (GTM), Revenue Operations, or a similar technical role, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Proven experience in developing automations, integrations, and internal tools that enhance operational efficiency.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, including deep knowledge of backend configurations, flows, permissions, and platform health.
- Ability to integrate various tools using APIs, webhooks, and no-code platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier, along with basic scripting skills.
- Familiarity with a modern GTM stack, including CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and AI workflow tools, with a quick learning ability for new systems.
- Experience utilizing AI tools to improve operational processes, with bonus points for integrating AI into workflows.
- Strong systems thinking skills, with an emphasis on redesigning processes for better data capture and user experience.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining clean data.
- Self-motivated individual capable of managing a busy workload independently, balancing ongoing tasks with project work.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with both technical and commercial teams.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £65,000.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate personal schedules.
- Enhanced parental leave policies.
- Annual leave of 26 days, increasing to 30 days with tenure, plus the option to purchase additional leave.
- Work-from-home allowance to support remote work.
- Enhanced sick leave provisions.
- Private healthcare coverage through AXA.
- Regular team-building events and company socials.
- Uncapped budget for personal development and training.
- Share options available for all UK employees.
- Wellness budget to promote employee health and wellbeing.
