At Thirdfort, we are dedicated to safeguarding society from fraud and money laundering, having already protected over 3 million individuals during significant transactions. As fraud and regulatory challenges escalate, we strive to provide businesses with the tools to protect themselves and their clients effectively. Our innovative anti-fraud platform enables professionals in regulated sectors to conduct secure transactions and verify sensitive information seamlessly.

We are currently seeking a GTM Engineer to join our TechOps team. This role is pivotal in building and managing the technology that supports our go-to-market strategy. You will work closely with our commercial teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure that our tech stack operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement workflow automations and AI agents to enhance the go-to-market process, ensuring that tasks previously done manually are automated.
  • Select appropriate tools for various tasks, including Salesforce, n8n, APIs, and LLMs, and determine when to automate processes versus involving human oversight.
  • Manage the Salesforce platform and the overall commercial tech stack, including configuration, field management, layout design, flow creation, permissions, security, and overall platform health.
  • Ensure data integrity and hygiene within commercial systems, including deduplication and auditing processes.
  • Oversee the daily support operations for the commercial tech stack, addressing issues, providing fixes, and maintaining clear communication.
  • Deliver projects related to commercial tools within set timelines and scopes, collaborating with commercial leadership to define the future of the tech stack.
  • Facilitate seamless transitions between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to eliminate manual handoffs.
  • Collaborate with the TechOps Lead to advance Thirdfort’s AI initiatives and integrate lessons learned from go-to-market strategies back into the TechOps function.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Go-To-Market (GTM), Revenue Operations, or a similar technical role, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience in developing automations, integrations, and internal tools that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, including deep knowledge of backend configurations, flows, permissions, and platform health.
  • Ability to integrate various tools using APIs, webhooks, and no-code platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier, along with basic scripting skills.
  • Familiarity with a modern GTM stack, including CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and AI workflow tools, with a quick learning ability for new systems.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools to improve operational processes, with bonus points for integrating AI into workflows.
  • Strong systems thinking skills, with an emphasis on redesigning processes for better data capture and user experience.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining clean data.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of managing a busy workload independently, balancing ongoing tasks with project work.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with both technical and commercial teams.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £65,000.
  • Flexible working hours to accommodate personal schedules.
  • Enhanced parental leave policies.
  • Annual leave of 26 days, increasing to 30 days with tenure, plus the option to purchase additional leave.
  • Work-from-home allowance to support remote work.
  • Enhanced sick leave provisions.
  • Private healthcare coverage through AXA.
  • Regular team-building events and company socials.
  • Uncapped budget for personal development and training.
  • Share options available for all UK employees.
  • Wellness budget to promote employee health and wellbeing.

At Thirdfort, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone can contribute meaningfully. We encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply and welcome any requests for reasonable adjustments during the application process.
