This four-day program, taking place from August 17 to August 20, 2026, at our Milton Keynes office, is designed to provide you with hands-on experience and insight into the accounting profession.

During the Ignite program, you will:

  • Engage in real projects alongside our Audit teams, gaining practical experience in the field.
  • Participate in focused development sessions that will help you sharpen your professional skills.
  • Take part in fun, hands-on group activities to enhance your teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
  • Network with professionals across Grant Thornton, building valuable connections for your future career.
  • Explore the various career opportunities available within the business.

This program is specifically tailored for students who are interested in pursuing a school leaver program after completing their studies. You do not need any prior work experience, but we are looking for enthusiastic and curious individuals who are eager to learn and have a keen interest in business.

Please note that full attendance is required for the entire duration of the program, and applicants should ensure that the Milton Keynes office is within a reasonable commuting distance from their home.
