Colliers International is seeking ambitious graduates to join their 2027 Graduate Surveyor Programme in Glasgow. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in client instructions and project delivery across various property sectors.
• Conduct property inspections and site visits to gather relevant data.
• Perform market research and analysis to support project needs.
• Help prepare valuation reports, lease advisory documents, and consultancy projects.
• Create presentation materials and client reports to communicate findings.
• Develop financial and property performance models for analysis.
• Engage with clients, landlords, investors, and occupiers to foster relationships.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and gather market intelligence.
• Maintain accurate records and professional documentation throughout projects.
• Work towards achieving your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and becoming a Chartered Surveyor.

Qualifications

• Must be graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated.
• Currently studying a RICS-accredited degree or an equivalent relevant qualification.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show commercial awareness and a keen interest in the property market.
• Be self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn.
• Hold a full UK driving licence or be in the process of obtaining one.
• Previous work experience, internships, or placements are desirable.
• Active involvement in university societies, sports teams, or leadership roles is a plus.
• Basic understanding of the commercial real estate market is advantageous.
