As a Graduate Legal Counsel, you will support one of our core legal teams in areas such as corporate M&A, product & commercial, intellectual property, privacy, or compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in research, drafting, and daily operations within a designated legal area.
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, including commercial agreements and internal policies, while collaborating with experienced team members.
- Partnering with various business teams and external counsel to address legal and regulatory questions in a fast-paced environment.
- Supporting cross-border M&A transactions and corporate governance through legal research, due diligence, and documentation preparation.
- Creating and maintaining scalable legal tools and integrating AI-powered workflows to support business growth.
- Monitoring legal and regulatory developments to identify opportunities that align with business needs.
