Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical partner to clients, assisting them in transforming their businesses using domain expertise and AI-driven solutions.
  • Engage directly with customers to address their significant challenges and contribute positively to their businesses and society.
  • Participate in a structured training program to develop essential skills for a successful career in software engineering.
  • Collaborate with fellow new starters to create software, often for non-profit organizations or internal use at Softwire.
  • Work on client projects, providing support and guidance while continuously improving software engineering skills through peer reviews.
  • Advise clients on optimal solutions based on your domain knowledge and experience.
  • Focus on architectural oversight and strategic partnerships as AI takes on more routine coding tasks.

Requirements

  • Recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates, as well as proficient coders without a degree.
  • A strong passion for solving real-world problems and a genuine enthusiasm for coding.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional logical analysis and reasoning skills.
