Key Responsibilities
- Act as a technical partner to clients, assisting them in transforming their businesses using domain expertise and AI-driven solutions.
- Engage directly with customers to address their significant challenges and contribute positively to their businesses and society.
- Participate in a structured training program to develop essential skills for a successful career in software engineering.
- Collaborate with fellow new starters to create software, often for non-profit organizations or internal use at Softwire.
- Work on client projects, providing support and guidance while continuously improving software engineering skills through peer reviews.
- Advise clients on optimal solutions based on your domain knowledge and experience.
- Focus on architectural oversight and strategic partnerships as AI takes on more routine coding tasks.
Requirements
- Recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates, as well as proficient coders without a degree.
- A strong passion for solving real-world problems and a genuine enthusiasm for coding.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional logical analysis and reasoning skills.
