TTP is an employee-owned consultancy with a rich history of aiding clients in overcoming complex challenges and delivering innovative solutions across various industries, including health tech, life sciences, energy, and communications. As a Graduate Consultant in Mechanical Engineering, you will immerse yourself in technical projects from day one, contributing to real-world problem-solving while collaborating with clients and team members.

Your role will involve leveraging your engineering expertise to assist multi-disciplinary teams in developing new products and technologies. You will engage in all stages of technology and product development, from invention and analysis to prototype design and manufacturing transfer. The diverse nature of our projects means you could work on anything from advanced drug delivery systems to cutting-edge telecommunications devices.

In addition to your technical contributions, you will cultivate your consulting skills by understanding market dynamics, engaging with clients, and ensuring their requirements are met. As you progress, you will have opportunities to lead projects, manage client relationships, and represent TTP at industry conferences, thereby expanding our client base.

We seek candidates who are not only problem solvers but also proactive individuals eager to impact the industry both commercially and technically. You should be on track for a minimum 2:1 in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, possess strong A-Levels or equivalent qualifications, and demonstrate a keen interest in understanding how things work.
