Roles and Responsibilities

• Participate in an eight-week internship program that includes various face-to-face interactions across different roles within the department.
• Provide administrative support within front office revenue-generating divisions.
• Engage in ad-hoc projects to enhance project deliverables and meet deadlines.
• Shadow colleagues to gain insights into business propositions and operational processes.
• Adhere to the SG Code of Conduct and relevant policies to ensure fair treatment of clients and the sustainability of client relationships.

Requirements

• Candidates must be penultimate year undergraduate or postgraduate students, graduating in 2028.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Excel is required, or a willingness to learn financial modeling.
• Familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant IT skills is necessary.
• Knowledge of financial services regulations, internal risk management, compliance, and AML procedures is important.
• Candidates should demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
• A motivated, entrepreneurial, and resourceful attitude is preferred, along with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

The recruitment process includes online assessments, a one-way video interview, a virtual assessment center in January 2027, and final interviews in January/February 2027.
