As a Manager within the Finance & Enterprise Value practice at Capgemini Invent, you will leverage your extensive expertise in Finance Transformation Consulting while also engaging with the broader Enterprise Model & Strategy portfolio. Your role will involve leading strategic transformation projects, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large and complex finance transformation projects, collaborating with team members and clients to identify business challenges and propose solutions.
• Develop and present actionable insights and recommendations based on robust evidence to withstand client scrutiny.
• Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor at all levels.
• Provide leadership for assigned offerings, including the development and evolution of playbooks and toolkits to foster innovation and enhance market position.
• Coach and manage team members during project delivery, contributing to their professional growth and performance management.
• Support the growth of the Finance & Enterprise Value practice by engaging in business development activities and recruitment support across all levels.
• Commercialize and expand assigned solutions and offerings to meet business objectives, aiming to achieve sales targets of £0.5 million.
• Participate in internal initiatives such as campaign development, think-tanks, and practice development activities.

Your Profile

• Demonstrated experience in consulting and leadership, with a proven track record of building and leading teams to successful project delivery.
• Experience in performance improvement techniques and familiarity with the finance value chain, having led projects in at least two core finance processes (e.g., O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A, T2F, Treasury).
• Background in multiple target industries such as Public Sector, Energy Transition & Utilities, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Automotive & Life Sciences, or Technology, Media, Telecoms & Services.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients to define business challenges and develop solutions, employing a fact-based approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in managing relationships with senior executives and delivering complex transformation projects in large, international organizations.
• Proven business development skills, including the ability to sell additional resources and shape winning deals, with experience in achieving formal sales targets.
• Experience in building and managing teams to oversee multiple projects and workstreams, fostering a culture of growth and inclusion.
• Must be a fully qualified UK Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a strong technical background and the ability to translate strategy into actionable solutions.
• Desirable: Experience in developing solutions that effectively utilize Artificial Intelligence.
